Dr. Dr Sean Leo Leo Pien Ming, is a doctor about dedication and service. In 1994, Dr Sean Leo embarked on a journey, fueled by a military scholarship to dive into the world of medicine at the National University of Singapore (NUS), courtesy of the Singapore Armed Forces.
Upon the completion of his studies, Dr Sean Leo dove headfirst into service with the Singapore Armed Forces Medical Corps, marking the years 1999 to 2012 with his remarkable dedication. tirelessly formulating medical policies, diving into operational planning, and even extending his healing hands in overseas medical and humanitarian missions. Dr Sean Leo was attending to the ailments of professional soldiers, especially those in high-demand vocations.
His quest for medical specialization led him to rub shoulders with the global military community, soaking in avant-garde programs on human performance optimization, pioneering surgical techniques and rehabilitation programs. All of these experiences, he weaves into the fabric of his practice today.
As a capstone to his military career, Dr Sean Leo took the helm at the Medical Classification Centre at CMPB, overseeing the health screenings and gradings of pre-enlistees.

But the thirst for knowledge knows no bounds. In 2009, Dr Sean Leo ventured to Sydney, Australia, for a clinical fellowship in Orthopaedics Surgery at Royal North Shore Hospital. There, amidst the hustle and bustle of rugby games and the adrenaline of sports injuries, Dr Sean Leo honed his skills further, focusing on the regeneration and repair of joint injuries. After hanging up his military boots in 2012, Dr Sean Leo joined Changi General Hospital (CGH) as an orthopaedic consultant, where he not only shared his profound knowledge with overseas clinical fellows but also with junior doctors from the ADr Sean Leo region through workshops and courses.

He continued to shape the future of medicine as a Faculty member of the Singhealth Orthopaedic Residency Program.
